All transactions are in US dollars.
Shipping:
Orders will generally be processed within two to five (2-5) business days, but may take up to ten (10) business days. Weekends and Holidays are not business days. Items out of stock or on backorder may require a slight wait. Tempo Merch is not responsible for stolen or lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address. A refund or a replacement item will not be issued in these instances. If your package is lost or damaged during the shipment process the customer is responsible for filing all claims with the USPS. Tempo Merch is not responsible for any packages once they have left our hands. If any of this does happen to you please send an email and we will see if there is anything we can do, but in most cases there is not much we can do.

Domestic:
You will receive an email from Tempo Merch with a delivery confirmation number, indicating that your order has been shipped. Orders shipping via USPS and should arrive within three (3) to seven (7) days. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of shipping, please email us with your name, account email address, and transaction number, and we will do our best to track down your order.
International:
USPS
First class international USPS orders can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at their destination. International orders may have customs charges attached depending on the country that they are imported to. Please be advised that we do not oversee these charges and have no control over them, nor can we quote them during the checkout process.
Returns/Exchanges:
All items must be returned/exchanged within 45 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for domestic orders and 90 days (of the confirmed shipping date) for international orders. Returns/Exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in resell-able condition. Purchaser will be responsible for all shipping charges, including the shipment back to purchaser on exchanges, and a 15% restocking fee for returns. Restocking and shipping charges are waived for Tempo Merch mistakes or defective merchandise ONLY. Please email tempomerch@gmail.com for the details of your order. All returns/exchanges require an RA# that can only be provided by emailing us. Send the shipping and restocking money along with your item as cash, check/money order made out to “Tempo Merch”.
Albums / CDs must be in the original packaging. We DO NOT issue replacements for cosmetic damages (dog-eared edges, broken seams, cracked or broken CD jewel cases, bent digi pack covers etc) or warping of any kind on records.
Repackage the unwanted merchandise with your original invoice. Please write the RA# on your package as well as the invoice. We will then send you a new item or refund your account for the cost of the item.
ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO TEMPO MERCH MUST HAVE RA# AND TRACKING NUMBER. TEMPO WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS UNLESS THE CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PROOF OF DELIVERY.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for returns/exchanges to be processed. You will receive a notification that your order has been refunded or your exchange item has been shipped out. Original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges. Send your unfit shirt(s) to:
